Profile
I graduated in September 2018 with an MSc in Prehistoric Archaeology from the University of Geneva, Switzerland. Here, I developed a particular interest for cartography and 3D reconstruction, particularly with regards to archaeological, historical, and heritage research. In October 2018, I began as a Research Associate/Cartographer with the “Early Islamic Empire at work” ERC research project. I am currently working with the project in its final stages to visualise some of the research findings of the past four years in the form of a series of print and digital maps.
Prior to my Masters degree, I studied Archaeology and Anthropology at the University of Cambridge, UK, before spending two years working as a field archaeologist on numerous commercial and research projects. In this capacity, I have worked in the UK, Sudan, Tanzania, Kenya, Senegal, and Peru.
A selection of my cartographic and 3D projects can be found on my
